About this role:We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Senior Marketing Executive to join a leading EdTech organisation and contribute to the ongoing growth of our company. In this hands-on role, you will drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the sales team to support business objectives. You will have the autonomy to manage the full marketing mix, with a strong emphasis on direct marketing to segmented audiences through both online and offline channels. Your creativity and strategic approach will be key in executing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and enhance our brand presence in the EdTech market.
Senior Marketing Executive Job Responsibilities:As a Senior Marketing Executive you will develop, implement, and manage effective marketing campaigns that align with company goals, utilising various channels to reach target audiences, ensuring you create and manage engaging content across social media platforms to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
You will:
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.Oversee website content updates and enhancements, ensuring it remains informative and engaging for visitors.Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and engage with customers, ensuring participation and impactful presentations.Work with external marketing agencies to design and execute campaigns that enhance lead generation and brand visibility.Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and achieve targets.Skills and experience required:To be considered to join us at Renaissance as a Senior Marketing Executive you will have previous experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on B2B marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector. You will have a proven ability to generate and execute campaigns autonomously, with a hands-on approach to driving results.
You will have:
Excellent knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to manage leads and measure campaign effectiveness.Strong understanding of design principles, with desired skills in creating compelling marketing materials.Proficient copywriting skills to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail.Flexibility in working hours to accommodate occasional collaboration with international marketing teams.Additional information:We offer a competitive base salary of up to $90,000.00 depending on experience. This is a hybrid-based role out of our Darling Harbour Office at Level 1, Tower 1, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
