About the Role
As Senior Marketing Executive you will support the Marketing Manager in implementing the annual marketing plan. You will do this by assisting in developing brand marketing material, sponsorship, advertising, and promotional material plus activities to ultimately engage customers and drive sales.
You will also work closely with Digital, CRM, Sales and Operations teams.
Key accountabilities will include: Campaign planning and execution Contribute to the development of strategies and integrated campaigns across B2C and B2B marketing.Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are metWrite detailed briefs for CRM and eDM communicationsWrite detailed briefs for updates to websites and liaise with Marketing Manager to develop website content and imageryDevelop and deploy content across all social platformsDevelop owned media marketing content planDevelop and deliver new product launch materialSupport with sourcing, pricing, distribution of marketing and promotional merchandisePrepare all necessary internal communications relating to marketing activityManage the Sales and Marketing DAM (Digital Asset Management System)Monitoring and report on marketing activity as required Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, CRM, Digital, Operations and Franchisees to ensure brand consistencySupport cross-functional teams in the development and management of customer facing and internal materials (including but not limited to Fleet & Services Guides, Sales Collateral and Point of Sale)Support sales and travel sales relationships with airline, hotel, ecommerce and other partnersProvide support for Corporate Sales and Travel Sales events and Brand Sponsorship activationsReview and approve creative materials to ensure brand consistency Agency Collaboration Collaborate closely with creative, media and PR agenciesProvide clear and comprehensive creative briefsOversee and manage freelance Graphic DesignerCoordinate meetings and presentations with agency partners Promotion Setup Oversee the set-up and monitoring, clarity and accuracy of all discount promotionsSupport the Marketing Manager and Yield Managers to develop effective and profitable promotional offersReport on all discount promotions Administration Oversee clerical functions of the marketing department, including administration of all Marketing accounts and invoices.Other duties/opportunities as they arise What we're looking for A recognised Marketing qualification with a proven track record as a Marketing Executive or similar position within a busy marketing team.An understanding of digital channels including SEO, SEM and CRM and an understanding of graphic design and printing will be highly advantageous.Proficient PC skills.
