The Opportunity The Senior Marketing Executive will support and oversee the planning, development, execution and ongoing management of marketing campaigns for our luxury resort and lodge in Monarto.
This role will manage all creative applications for the brand, website and social media content, hotel collateral and guest materials, brochure content and pre-departure / post-travel communications.
This role will work closely with the Journey Beyond Marketing & Communications team on brand positioning and management, new customer acquisition, repeat loyalty initiatives and commercial results contributing to overall business performance.
This role will include: Assisting in the development and management of annual marketing plans and budgets Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and wider Marketing and Communications team to develop, implement and execute marketing campaigns across all media channels and platforms (print, native advertising, digital, search, social, radio and OOH) Management of campaign media including bookings and material deadlines Identifying campaign effectiveness and making recommendations Defined plans across key revenue segments for the hotel including; accommodation, restaurant bookings, conferences, events and weddings Contribute analysis and insights to monthly marketing reports, marketing plans and post-campaign reports Contribute to briefs, production and on-shoot management of all asset capture, e.g.
video and still shoots Work collaboratively with the in-house design team to ensure campaign creative and all branded collateral is created and executed in adherence to brand guidelines Ensure website content is kept up to date and aligned with campaign communication and initiatives, in conjunction with the Digital Performance Manager Support the development of a social media strategy, managing the social media calendar, content publishing, ongoing community engagement and management About you In this role you will split your time across Monatro and our office in North Terrace, Adelaide.

You are a passionate marketer with experience in the hospitality and tourism Industry, preferably in hotels.
You will have the proven ability to think strategically and deliver operationally.
You will have success in managing multiple campaigns and you will have the ability to think differently, creatively and through a guest-centric lens.
