Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – 9.00-6.00
25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays) Hybrid working available (after 6 months' probation) Pension Contributions Occasional European travel The Company Our client operates internationally in the field of electroacoustics as a manufacturer of loudspeaker systems and electronics for high quality speech and music reproduction or sound reinforcement in public places. They are regarded as one of the leading companies in this market and believe that everyone should experience the same impeccable quality of sound, regardless of their position in the audience.
The Role We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a creative, energetic and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping our client's marketing strategy and enhancing their brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, possess exceptional collaboration and communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: Regional Marketing Strategy Development - collaborating with the Head of EMEA Marketing, developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the designated region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market trends. Independent Distributor Collaboration – building and managing strong relationships with independent distributors in the EMEA region. Marketing Communications – managing the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels. Strategic Partnerships - developing and managing the marketing value of sponsorship/strategic partnership agreements. Exhibition and Event Management – developing a local plan for exhibitions and industry events in alignment with global events strategy, measuring the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and events using KPIs. Public Relations and Social Media - creating PR and Social Media content that resonates with the local target audience, reflecting the unique cultural and market nuances of the countries. Skills and Requirements: Marketing experience within Professional Audio, Music, Theatre or Cultural Arts is essential. B Hons degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred) or Professional Qualification (CIMDip). Strong communications skills both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
