About Your Role Reporting to the Marketing Director, as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Harrison.ai, you will play a key role in shaping our brand presence by executing global marketing strategies to support our growth and business objectives. Founded 5 years ago, Annalise.ai (Powered by Harrison.ai) now have 1000+ deployments and customers throughout Australia, US, UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

What You'll Do:Plan, coordinate, and execute our presence at trade shows and organise our own online and in-person events, such as webinars and virtual workshops,Manage all aspects of event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, registration, and on-site management,Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content, presentations, and promotional materials,Monitor and evaluate event success through post-event analysis and reporting,Work with the broader marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels,Support execution of digital marketing, including website, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising, andWork closely with sales, product, clinical and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.What You'll Bring:Marketing / business qualifications (CIM / bachelors) or medical / radiology background with 3+ years marketing experience,3+ years generalist marketing experience (agency or in-house,) ideally with some B2B experience marketing to HCPs or within healthcare or SaaS,Experience with Salesforce / Pardot / Account Engagement / email or similar CRMs / marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot / ActiveCampaign,Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, andSelf-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.What we're about We're problem solvers, redefining what's possible in healthcare through AI Technology.
