The role sits separately to the local (ANZ) Marketing team and is instead part of global/regional. This role will support the Global Advantage Marketing team as they enter peak season.
Contract duration: initial 3-6 months, a possibility to extend for 2025 but not yet confirmedWorking hours: ideally full time but the business can be flexible, from 20+ hours per weekMy client can also be flexible to candidates needing to finish early for schools runs, finishing at 3-4:30 pmKey responsibilities: Support the team with copywriting for social media and internal communications (writing posts for BCG leadership, writing emails for GA global affiliation)Work with design and multimedia teams on creating social media assets, videos (review and pick footage, proofread captions…), PDF reportsUpdate and maintain marketing trackers (budget, content, event)Support with marketing analytics using Tableau (no need to have prior experience with Tableau, but helpful)Support with our upcoming flagship global client event (support with the CRM, branding, scripting of the video, briefing materials, etc etc)Support with event & speaker researchAd hoc support with a suite of marketing activities Key requirements: 5 years relevant experienceStrong written and verbal comms skills, great at copywritingAbility to juggle multiple projects, service oriented, excellent organizational skillsAbility to handle a defined work area, process or a project and proactively seek guidanceProficient in PowerPoint and ExcelAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
