You'll be instrumental in guiding the final stages of their website development and bringing their product content to life, while gaining substantial experience in digital marketing and content creation.
About the Role: As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you'll have the autonomy to shape the client's online presence, managing external resources and delivering high-quality content.
This role requires a proactive leader who can recommend strategies, implement improvements, and ensure that all website and product information is creatively and consistently presented.
Key Responsibilities: Vendor Evaluation: Assess the suitability of the current web development contractor and recommend alternatives if needed.
Determine any additional external resources required for project success.
Website Layout & Product Presentation: Work closely with the business owner to review product layout, website functionality, and user experience, deciding on the best approach to move forward.
Data and Image Management: Organise product data and images in a structured format for external contractors to upload onto the website.
Photography Coordination: Identify any missing product photos, coordinate photo production (internal or external), and handle image editing and manipulation as required.
Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging product descriptions and enhance existing ones, aligning with the brand voice.
Homepage Content Development: Craft compelling copy for the homepage, collaborating with the business owner to reflect the brand's unique personality.
Stakeholder Management: Extract key insights from the business owner to ensure that the project is on track and aligns with their vision.
Incorporate Marketing Content: Integrate additional marketing elements into the website, including video messages, customer reviews, and a visual gallery.
