They have recently celebrated 50 years of operation in Australia and are continuing their strategic growth in APAC.Job DescriptionLead the Marketing team and overall strategy, driving brand growth and strengthening market presence through innovative and impactful initiatives. You will also be responsible for:Spearheading the development of a comprehensive, long-term marketing strategy for the brand, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and adapting to evolving market dynamics.Understanding consumer behaviours, preferences, and perspectives to create targeted campaigns and solutions that effectively address consumer needs and expectations.Conducting detailed gap analyses and market diagnoses to uncover opportunities in both existing and untapped market segments. Leverage insights to guide strategic initiatives and secure a competitive edge.Partner closely with Product Managers to nurture and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and consumer expectations while fostering innovation and differentiation.Working hand-in-hand with the Sales team to craft and execute a robust go-to-market strategy. Provide actionable market insights, refine core messaging, and ensure a cohesive approach across all customer touchpoints to maximize impact.Act as a key advisor to the Executive team, presenting data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
