The Senior Marketing and Campaign Advisor always has the customer front of mind while aligning to NSW Government priorities and program objectives. You will put the customer at the centre of everything you do. This role requires the ability to apply thorough strategic thinking to marketing challenges and juggle the delivery of multiple priorities at once, often to urgent deadlines. You will work with internal clients and external creative, research and media partners to ensure that their information reaches external audiences in a way that works for our customers. We work closely with other teams in Customer Marketing, as well as other teams in Brand, Digital and Communications such as Stakeholder Engagement, Media and Social, and Internal Engagement. About you
The Senior Marketing Campaign Advisor will lead the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies and campaigns to inform customers about NSW Government programs and Services. To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver effective campaigns with results. Have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders on a single project, manage senior leadership to ensure alignment on all campaigns, and the ability to problem solve.
You will be responsible for: Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies, plans and campaigns (including research, advertising, social media, digital marketing etc.) to support optimal service delivery.Provide evidence-based advice to shape the most effective approach to marketing and communications programs, to support informed decision-making and planning.Develop program budgets, timelines, reports and campaign result reports, to help monitor, promote, optimise programs and outcomes.Contribute and participate in project delivery activities including launches, workshops, and presentations to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.Establish working relationships with vendors, including internal and external stakeholders, media and creative agencies, to support and provide updates to campaign and program delivery.Develop high quality, accurate and timely reports, briefs, or correspondence to provide information or advice and keep relevant groups informed on key developments and issues related to marketing activities.To be successful you need to demonstrate: Several years' experience in developing and executing Marketing, Advertising, including leadership experience within a similar settingsMarketing experience and/or Communications tertiary qualificationsExcellent communication skills with both internal and external partiesExcellent written and presentation skillsExperience collaborating with subject matter experts to develop timely responsesHigh level attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisationProactive in your approach to workAbility to lead large marketing programs and present to senior leadersGood PowerPoint and excel skillsSalary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $120,859 base plus superannuation.
