Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA Full-time permanent position based in Adelaide CBD Thrive in a culture defined by its values and people This exciting opportunity will see you identify and provide actionable insights based on quality consumer and market research across the RAA Research Program. Enable and empower data-driven decisions supporting business stakeholder's objectives, ensuring efficient & well-governed approach to Group research while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities include: Assist in the delivery of an annual research program across a variety of areas including understanding consumer needs, purchase behaviours, product perceptions, brand awareness, satisfaction and loyalty across segments. Use 'best practice' approaches to design and employ qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to meet business objectives. Develop quality reports on research outcomes, identifying key patterns, trends and opportunities. Monitor market conditions and competitor behaviours to inform broader insights. Work with Research & Insights Leads and stakeholders to assist in provision of strategic recommendations to increase market growth, penetration and grow share of wallet. Advocate research across RAA Group to broaden understanding and impacts of insights through cross collaboration and functional approaches. Ensure ongoing governance over research processes & systems of delivery. About you: You have a passion for working in a high-performance culture and close-knit team environment. You absolutely love data and all things research and thrive by providing insights and strategic recommendations to increase market growth.

You will stand out if you bring:

Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Market Research/Statistics/Business, IS or related discipline. 3+ years of experience in a similar research position. Experience running quantitative surveys and qualitative focus groups/in-depth interviews. Demonstrated interest and experience in Market Research. Experience with Qualtrics and Q Research (desired). Highly developed skills in research design, survey scripting and delivery. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques. Sound knowledge and understanding of what drives and influences consumer behaviours.
