Senior Manager, Transformation Risk | 51450 Permanent Sydney How will I help? • Lead risk outcomes for the Divisional Transformation program, in particular UNITE to ensure delivery and delivered risks are managed within appropriate controls and within Divisional and Group risk appetite. This will be across multiple initiatives.
• Provide 1 line of defence Review and Endorsement on project documents per the Transformation delivery Standard and the Delivery Excellence Framework as appropriate for transformation initiatives.
• Drive Risk in Change outcomes, including simplification of the risk and control matrix process, optimising project resources and capacity, ensuring critical decision and sign off points (RCM, overall project go live, post implementation review).
• Ensure the transformation program risk management practices align to the frameworks, policies, risk strategy, regulatory obligations CSA testing, controls development & uplift and appetite of the Group and Division.
• Ensure controls are designed adequately to mitigate the delivery and delivered risks, including control simplification and automation.
• Ensure controls are appropriately tested per CSA requirements from a design effectiveness perspective for new or modified controls.
• Provide advice and input into Risk In Change Governance and Reporting to Group and Divisional Governance Forums, including ensuring that delivery and delivered risks are considered in risk profiles for the division / LOBs as appropriate.
• Oversee the transition from project to BAU to ensure risks and controls are embedded.
• Educate and uplift risk in change capability and risk practices within Project teams with a focus on BA community.

What do I need? • Extensive Risk Management experience (10 year+)
• Strong project management and risk and controls background
• Demonstrated experience in completing, reviewing and challenging Risk & Control Matrices and working with end to end Value Chains
• Strong Senior Stakeholder Management and influencing skills to drive risk outcomes
