Senior Manager To Partner Accountant

Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) Approach Consulting are excited to be working with one of Canberra's top local firms, to find their next partner for Tax and Business advisory. On the back of recent growth and continuing to bring in and serve some of Canberra's best local businesses they are looking to increase their leadership team. Not just an accounting firm, they believe in creating a great work environment for their staff, being collaborative, flexible and enjoying their time inside and out of the office.  A clear progression  If you are currently at the senior manager/director level and are looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the role for you. Providing clear pathway to partnership, the ideal candidate will take on higher duties within 12 months time. As partner, you will assist your team in Tax and Business Advisory services, as well as continuing to grow your portfolio. You will be expected to assist and manage 2-3 managers internally and assist them with their individual teams. You will support and develop your team, providing them training and mentorship as needed to grow their capabilities. You will work directly with your client base, ensuring a fantastic service is provided, and compliance and obligations are met. What will make you successful Experience in a similar environment would be ideal at the Director / Senior Manager level. Proven experience in managing teams and a portfolio of clients is necessary. As you will be dealing directly with clients, great communication skills, problem solving and the ability to build trusting relationships are a must.
