The Deposits, Pricing and Governance Crew is responsible for the manufacturing and profitable growth of Retail Savings and Term Deposit Products.
Our responsibilities include the product strategy, product design, pricing, customer experience, risk and day to day management of the Deposit suite of products.

Reporting to the Term Deposits Chapter Lead, this Senior Product Manager will play a key part in the Term Deposits product squad.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Comm Bank's Term Deposit and Passbook products.
This includes maintaining, simplifying and enhancing our products, and also ensuring we continue to meet our compliance obligations.
As a member of the squad, you will support the Product Owner in developing the strategic roadmap & executing major initiatives to deliver against our business priorities.
You will deliver exceptional customer and channel experiences, whilst also being responsible for ensuring changes are safely executed and risk outcomes are met.
More specifically, you will:
Develop, implement and embed strategies for driving both Net Promotor Score (NPS) outcomes and sustainable growth of Term Deposit portfolio
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and manage operational initiatives and other compliance obligations
Understand dynamics of the Term Deposits and Passbook portfolio, including key drivers, trends and leading indicators, and ideate plans to adapt to changing conditions and opportunities
Proactively identify, understand and manage risks across the business
Be responsible for continued monitoring and proactive improvements of the product risk and control environment
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes
Lead and execute change in partnership with delivery teams and a wide range of stakeholders, to continuously improve our product offerings and processes
Understand the voice of the customer, be across and pre-empt impact of macro, micro and product landscapes
Foster a collaborative culture across the broader team, ensuring Comm Bank values are demonstrated at all times
We want to hear from you if you have:
Previous product management experience is essential for this senior role, preferably within financial services
Strong commercial acumen and strategy development skills
Strong communication, stakeholder and influencing skills
Proven problem solving skills coupled with confidence in making data-driven decisions
Advanced ability to drive outcomes and execute on a roadmap of initiatives
Previous risk management experience, managing issues and incidents, highly regarded
Risk Mindset - all Comm Bank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
