The Technology Procurement team supports technology to deliver leading practice procurement. Group Procurement manages all activities across the procurement lifecycle, namely:

This role reports into the EM Infrastructure Technology and as a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle across IT Procurement, delivering Infrastructure Hardware, Software, SaaS, Cloud Computing and relevant ICT Services at CBA.
This role will support the Chief Technology Officer portfolio which includes Cloud Hosting, Architecture, Engineering tooling, Service Management, End User Experience (EUX), Mainframe and Storage & Backup solutions.
Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end category lifecycle and will include:
Manage and direct the creation, implementation and delivery of an end-to-end Infrastructure procurement category strategy.Deliver on agreed targets and objectives through the implementation of strategic or tactical procurement strategies/plans.Develop effective performance management strategies across all sub-categories and major suppliers in line with the Supplier Governance Framework and in collaboration with the key business owners.Interact directly with the Technology Leadership Team and business leaders to develop, manage and execute the agreed procurement strategies.Advocate compliance to Bank-wide and Procurement processes and technology.Coaching and mentoring junior team members.We're interested in hearing from people who have: Previously demonstrated end-to-end procurement category management experience and managing IT spend in a complex environment.Experience in large organisations with complex environments, achieving and being accountable for tangible commercial results.Experience in delivering quality outputs within tight timeframes within a standardised project management framework and structured procurement approach.Advanced understanding of leading practice procurement technology.Advanced commercial and contract negotiation skills and experience.Excellent ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, and delivering quality outputs within tight timeframes work collaboratively with customers and suppliers.If this sounds like you - please apply today!
