A bit about your role
As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the effective planning, service delivery, and continuous improvement of the operations that deliver nbn's talent acquisition and mobility operating model to support all people movements across nbn.
Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include the management of the day-to-day relationship with nbn's preferred Recruitment Outsource Provider (RPO) to ensure service is delivering on a balanced scorecard of objectives, including speed, quality, diversity, experience, and cost. The role will manage capability building efforts across the enterprise in relation to Talent Acquisition to ensure we can attract and retain key talent and capabilities for the future.
A bit about you
If this role sounds like a good match for you, it is likely you will have experience in talent acquisition and P&C, having held Talent Acquisition functional leadership accountability, engaging regularly with executive stakeholders. You will be experienced in managing the design and delivery of talent acquisition operations and service delivery within a fast-paced, large-scale commercial business environment. You will have a proven track record of managing a wide range of internal and external customers and/or suppliers, and are adept at juggling competing operational demands while staying focused on strategy to prioritise initiatives that create measurable value for your stakeholders.
In addition, you demonstrate understanding of business process excellence, expertise in data analysis and emerging technologies, developing skills in generative AI use case experimentation in TA processes, and enhancing personal and/or team productivity.
As an exceptional communicator, you will have the confidence in consulting and influencing skills, superior cross-business and functional engagement, and the ability to build rapport and collaborate to achieve outcomes. Experience presenting at all levels will be critical, coupled with project management capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
