About the Role: Manage demand for services and work closely with clients to deliver small to medium projects, while also supporting larger strategic initiatives.
Take ownership of business case development, ensuring alignment with the Technology Master Plan and delivering solutions that meet evolving client needs.
Lead and collaborate on emerging technologies, ensuring the university stays ahead of industry trends.
Ensure stakeholder engagement is strong and clients' requirements are met through relationship management and diplomatic problem-solving.
What You'll Bring:
Program management expertise with the ability to balance strategy and tactical delivery.
Experience in road mapping, capability building, and stakeholder management in a large-scale organisation.
Skilled in demand management and portfolio leadership.
A diplomatic yet firm approach to handling client expectations and leading high-stakes conversations.
Ability to lead projects through their entire lifecycle from conception to delivery, focusing on enhancing the Digital Environment and optimising the student and staff experience.
