Permanent Fulltime Opportunity Sydney or Melbourne based Hybrid working model How will I help?
Your role will be critical in supporting the development of business and operational strategies for the Business and Wealth (B&W) division.
You will support our Strategy and Cx Lead collaborating on business and operational strategies.
You will assist in scoping and high-level solution design for Business and Wealth as well as current design activities including strategic divisional strategy initiatives, customer experience and NPS programs, workforce optimization, Cost and Simplification.
You will also support the design and development of the B&W strategic roadmap.
Key responsibilities Leading the scoping and execution for strategic initiatives to help Westpac achieve its organisational goals to drive sustainable growth, profitability and long-term success Defining significant business opportunities, understanding the current state, designing end state operating models and architecture, building strategic roadmaps, high level cost/benefit analysis and developing business cases Developing materials and presenting to working groups, steering committees and Executive teams for endorsement and decision-making Deliver robust quantitative insights and financial models to support the decision-making process Work with project teams, Lines of Business and distribution teams to inform design of initiatives and decision making Partnering with cross-functional teams across the bank to translate enterprise-wide opportunities into executable plans.

What do I need?
6+ years' experience working on strategy programs or in top-tier management consulting firm Experience excelling in strategic problem-solving, financial modelling, and business case development.
Ability to develop materials to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively at a board or executive-level to facilitate decision making.
Ability to independently lead projects, people, and thrive under high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, having successfully influenced senior stakeholders, including boards, shareholders, and governance committees Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
