Position Overview: The role focuses on driving strategic sales initiatives to enhance pipeline growth and cross-selling both divisionally and across Allianz.
Collaborating with regional teams and Allianz divisions to maximise revenue across products.
Utilise data insights and market trends to deliver solutions that align with Allianz objectives and client needs.
Seeking a dynamic individual skilled in navigating complex markets to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement national sales strategies to expand market share and enhance distribution of personal injury products.Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet sales targets.Collaborate with Allianz Consumer, Commercial, and other Divisions to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenue.Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions and identify trends and customer needs.Align with regional sales teams to execute national strategies and provide leadership support.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.Develop strategies to maximize portfolio retention and strengthen client relationships.Achieve targeted performance for the Underwritten portfolio, focusing on Gross Written Premium, rate, and retention goals.Qualifications and Experience: Significant experience in sales, distribution, and/or production underwriting environments.Demonstrated experience in managing multiple distribution channels and delivering on individual and group growth strategies.Ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies clearly and persuasively to diverse and high-level audiences.Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage cross-sell opportunities across various Allianz divisions, ensuring alignment with the "One Allianz" strategy.Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of underwriting processes, practices, and technical requirements.Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements impacting the organization.Proven ability to read the market and understand customer requirements to identify, pursue, and close business development opportunities, retaining clients that contribute to organizational profitability.Demonstrated ability to optimize business value to customers by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences to sustain and enhance the customer base.Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision-making.Benefits and Perks: Inclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every day!Flexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible and remote work options and workplace adjustments, with support for your work/life balance.Career Development: Access mentoring, development and global mobility opportunities for growth and success, including access to over 10,000 learning resources.Financial and Well-being Perks: Enjoy discounts on Allianz products, retail, tech, and travel, plus financial wellness initiatives and the Employee Share Purchase Program - own a piece of your employer!About Our Culture: We care about everything that makes you, you.
