TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is launching the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. The TAFE NSW Manufacturing CoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.

About the role Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for fostering partnerships and driving innovation and results in manufacturing education? TAFE NSW is seeking a Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships to spearhead the identification, establishment, and success of strategic partnerships for the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence.
In this role, you will develop and implement the Manufacturing Centre of Excellence Strategic Partnership Plan, focusing on building strong and sustainable relationships with key external stakeholders at local, State, and National levels. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across industry, government, universities, and the national TAFE network, enhancing collaboration and innovation to deliver mutually beneficial partnerships and stakeholder outcomes. Your efforts will ensure the Centres of Excellence are recognised as nation-leading manufacturing education hubs.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel as required to other TAFE NSW Campus locations at Western Sydney, Hunter, and Illawarra Regions.
About You The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Extensive experience building strong networks and strategic partnerships across numerous sectors and/or industry segments to support the achievement of operational and/or service delivery outcomes. Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience. Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Deep understanding of the complex tertiary education landscape. A proven track record of connecting with key stakeholders to create value for the entire industry through education. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, along with a strategic mindset that enables you to develop and implement innovative partnership strategies.
