Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleReporting to the General Manager IT Service Delivery, the Senior Manager Service Management is accountable for the development, leadership, guidance and advice of the Service Management frameworks across all three of the Crown Resorts properties.
Tasked with leading a team to set a high standard, you will also be responsible for:Driving meaningful and sustainable change across the portfolio, building capability among employees and increasing engagement and continuous improvement.High level of stakeholder engagement and best utilising SME support.Managing both Problem management practices and change and release management practices.Finance (operational and capital) and Asset management lifecycle.Adopt a culture of Process improvement with a continuous improvement mindset.Lead and engage a team of capable professionals and ensure training and compliance are upheld.About youThe successful candidate encompasses extensive experience in leading change initiatives within a Casino/Gaming industry and extensive senior stakeholder management experience.
You will also have:Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline essential i.e., minimum Bachelor Degree or higher preferred.Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and principles for implementing best practice.The ability to balance commercial, risk and technology related priorities.Extensive experience with corporate administration issues management including effective senior stakeholder reporting.Advanced leadership and coaching expertise.Sound knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment within which Crown Resorts Group operates.Probity and credit clearance and ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences.QualificationsAdditional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
