In this pivotal role as Senior Manager SEQ People you will report to the Group Senior Manager – People Services and work closely with the Head of SEQ and play a key role in shaping the future of our people strategy in the SEQ region, fostering strong connections that empower our teams to thrive.
Here's what you'll do: Lead the charge: Guide and inspire the SEQ People team, ensuring effective implementation of HR initiatives across the South East Queensland.
Strategic thinker: Collaborate with leadership teams to align business strategy and priorities with people and culture initiatives.
Champion for change: Contribute to the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide people strategy, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
Problem-solver: Lead your team in effectively managing and resolving people issues within the SEQ business.
Relationship builder: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across People, Safety & Sustainability, fostering a collaborative approach.

Remuneration & Employment Type This is a  permanent , fulltime  position, based in Brisbane CBD with a competitive remuneration, 12.75% superannuation, and hybrid work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.
