What You Will Get To Do: The Senior Manager, Risk, Quality and Complaints will undertake the following duties:

Provide strong leadership and direction to the Operational Excellence team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Develop, implement, and maintain risk management processes that align with the company's frameworks and ensure adherence to client contracts. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure the stability and integrity of administration services. Provide oversight and monitoring of first-line risk and business teams including control assurance and incident management. Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Lead the complaints management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues. Support internal and client projects with risk and control assessments. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular reports on risk, quality, and complaints metrics to senior management and clients. Complete other tasks as required to support the Operational Excellence team. What You Will Bring: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to motivate and develop staff. In-depth knowledge of operational risk management principles and practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. High attention to detail. Knowledge of superannuation and systems.
