As the Senior Manager Risk Frameworks, you'll partner with the Group Head of Enterprise Risk Frameworks and collaborate with senior leaders, executives, and stakeholders to drive a consistent and practical approach to risk management. You'll lead initiatives that refine the Risk Management Strategy, enhance the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system, and foster a strong risk culture, all while contributing to organisational resilience and working in a supportive, collaborative environment.Day to day, you will:Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of enterprise risk frameworks and policies to align with organisational strategy.Partner with stakeholders to embed frameworks such as the Risk Appetite, Operational Risk, and Controls Frameworks into everyday business operations.Support risk attestation and reasonable steps processes.Oversee the GRC system, ensuring it remains fit for purpose and supports effective risk management.Develop risk awareness campaigns and improve capability across the organisation.Support enterprise initiatives and prudential compliance.Strengthen the three lines of defence model to optimise risk oversight and accountability.Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of risk professionals while fostering engagement and collaboration.About youYou are an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management, ideally within an APRA-regulated industry. With a deep understanding of risk policies, frameworks, and the financial services landscape, you excel at translating strategic goals into actionable outcomes. Your leadership skills inspire high-performing teams, and your collaborative approach builds trust with stakeholders at all levels.
