In this role, you will: Lead the commission's enterprise-wide risk management framework and compliance processes.Provide high-quality secretariat support to the commission, board, and committees.Foster a strong risk culture and embed risk management into day-to-day business operations.Position Details The Senior Manager, Risk and Secretariat is a key leadership role responsible for:
Overseeing the commission's risk management framework, including strategic risk registers, business continuity planning, and compliance with the Victorian Government Risk Management Framework.Managing all aspects of secretariat functions, ensuring high standards of governance, records administration, and effective committee operations.Leading compliance activities, including annual attestations, divisional assessments, and staff training to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.Supporting significant stakeholder coordination, including ministerial briefings and alignment with broader government objectives.Driving the successful implementation of a transformative technology solution in 2025, requiring strong project management and change leadership skills.Please refer to the attached position description for the principal functions and key selection criteria.
