As our Senior Manager Reporting, reporting to the Governance Manager, you will ensure a high standard and effectiveness of governance and project management for all transformation activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop innovative analytics and reporting solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.
A few of your responsibilities: Build, implement and drive a reporting standard across the workstreams to ensure a consistent and unified approach to reporting.Quality control of the inputs received by the project managers whilst cross-checking for accuracy and uplifting as necessary.Assist the Governance Manager with transformation delivery, preparing key governance forums and regular/ad-hoc meetings with key internal stakeholders.Assist with the management of the overall transformation agenda and roadmap.Support the management and tracking of budgets and costs of the overall transformation and as required for individual programs/projects/initiatives.What we will be looking for: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective governanceDemonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes and regularly monitor deliverablesExperience in directly engaging with regulators and/or Independent MonitorsDemonstrated ability to work within a team environment and source cooperation from the relevant stakeholdersAbout you: You are a highly skilled professional with a strong background in transformation or change focused environments.
You are known for your ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
You thrive in dynamic settings and excel at delivering high-quality reports to senior stakeholders.
Your attention to detail, strategic mindset and collaborative approach enable you to support critical decision-making during periods of change.
