Our Regulatory Reporting team is growing including a newly created Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting – Capital and Risk Operations. You'll support the Head of Regulatory Reporting, work alongside 3 Senior Manager peers and lead a mid-sized team. You'll be responsible for components including:
Ensure the team compile, prepare, review and lodge defined APRA Returns Review and approve defined APRA Returns Ensure all reporting requirements are met within deadlines Ensure the team use, review and maintain consistent documentation for all regulatory reporting Ensure the team use, review and improve documented controls Collaborate with EFS and Financial Operations Function to ensure consistency across returns Position description:Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting - Capital and Risk Operations PD.docx

What you'll bring to the role At least 7 years' experience in financial services, of which 5 are in regulatory reporting Demonstrated knowledge of Capital Returns in the banking industry is essential Experience in leading a team of direct reports responsible for the completion of a large number of regulatory reports Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute towards the mission and vision of regulatory reporting Strong analytical skills to identify errors and discrepancies in regulatory reports Strong written and verbal communication skills Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business, risk or related discipline Sound judgement, balancing a range of factors and priorities Sound judgement to assess priorities, risks and issues and make reasonable decisions We believe a diverse workforce supported by an inclusive culture is central to our success and we actively encourage applications from those who bring diversity of thought to our business.
