Position Summary The Senior Manager - Product Marketing role will be responsible for key regional product launches, customer communication, branding, promotional activities, customer events, competitor monitoring, and sales support. This position will also be responsible for budget management and execution. A close collaboration between regional Customer Strategy, Product, Sales, Legal, Account Management, and Finance teams will be essential to fulfill the role's requirements.
The role holder will be expected to interact with customers and thus needs to be confident with strong presentation skills. The candidate should have the ability to think strategically as well as execute to ensure content delivery on time. This role will partner closely with the Marketing Center of Excellence, located at company HQ in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role will help our ANZ marketing programs stay aligned with our overall global marketing strategy as well as brand guidelines. The Senior Manager - Product Marketing role will report to the Director of Product Marketing and sit on a global team of marketing managers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Enablement:Create and manage sales enablement materials, including product demos, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive intelligence to empower the sales team.Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management, customer strategy, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a seamless flow of product updates, feedback, and insights that influence both product development and sales strategies.Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, providing insights that shape sales positioning and tactics.Collaborate with product and sales to deliver product positioning and key differentiators for new product launches, ensuring effective and aligned communication across channels.Oversee ANZ requirements and process to utilize the Center of Excellence for creative assets from concept to final product to support all go-to-market activities for product launches.Planning and Execution:Drive product marketing support for an ever-evolving product roadmap.Use excellent organizational skills to map detailed lists of assets required to support every product on the roadmap.Manage a dynamic product launch schedule against a timeline.Customer Marketing & Events:Cultivate and manage positive relationships with customers across the region.Develop strategic customer and product value propositions and messaging that resonate with our target audience.Plan, execute, and manage high-impact events, ensuring seamless operations and measurable outcomes.Stakeholder Management:Keep stakeholders informed about marketing initiatives, progress, and performance through regular updates and clear reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and positioning reflects the overall vision and goals of the organization.Digital Marketing:Enhance online visibility for product launches and partnerships through social media content development.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop go-to-market strategies for all product launches within the ANZ market.Manage the development and execution of all marketing events and campaigns with clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders.Write up creative briefs for various marketing collateral to be designed and approved at the Marketing Center of Excellence.Coordinate with the Marketing Center of Excellence to advise on creative projects as they evolve from requests to completed assets.Manage the upkeep and development of an online Customer Portal to ensure timely access to key marketing materials.Work Experience10+ years of experience in a professional marketing function, i.e., Product Marketing, Casino Game Marketing, Brand Management, Product Sales, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of the business and long-term strategic goals.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and leadership skills.EducationBachelor's degree (or equivalent combination in education and experience) in project management, marketing, communications, business, or similar.
