Be part of a growing national management team and inspire a team of talented junior staff across the country.Help clients plan for, and manage all aspects of employment tax, including: Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Termination payments, Salary Packaging and workers compensation.Manage large projects with multiple stakeholders, whilst acting as the key client contact on engagements.Utilise technology and big data to assist clients in drawing insights, identifying risk areas and developing solutions.Liaise directly with clients and other regulatory authorities (e.g. Australian Taxation Office) in the delivery of data projects.Review annual FBT returns, payroll tax returns, superannuation guarantee calculations or other similar deliverables, as prepared or reviewed by team members.Prepare & present training seminars to both clients and team members.What we're looking for Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. You have attained basic experience and knowledge in some of the following areas:
6+ years' experience in employment tax, responsible for delivering employment tax compliance, income tax consulting and/or employment tax consulting services to large multinational organisations.A strong desire to build relationships with clients and work with them to create solutions.An interest in developing and building up junior team members to be the best tax professionals they can be.Excellent MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team.Confidence in handling data, with proven data analytic skills.Commitment to excellence in client service, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
