All while staying committed to our member first ethos as a proud Industry Fund.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Operational Governance to join our Operational Excellence team working in conjunction with Performance Management, Quality Assurance and Service Support. This role will lead our operational governance function and drive excellence in operational risk management. In this role, you will champion a culture of governance and performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives through effective risk management, compliance, and incident management frameworks. You will develop, govern and operationalise frameworks in the Member and Employer Services and across our partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational governance function to achieve high standards in risk governance and operational excellence, in collaboration with Governance teams.Oversee incident management, Line 1 risk, and business rules compliance to maintain operational integrity.Chair and lead key forums to address governance and compliance issues.Manage the incident management framework for member and employer experience, ensuring swift and effective response.Drive continuous optimization of the business rules framework and ensure compliance with obligations such as CPS230 and FAR.Effective collaboration, partnership and support of all functions within the member and employer experience division.Key Selection CriteriaDemonstrated experience in risk management, mitigation, and controls within superannuation funds.Proven expertise in Line 1 risk management and incident resolution.Track record of elevating risk and compliance frameworks and influencing organizational practices.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.The ability to proactively engage, collaborate and enable across all levels of the business.If you have a strategic mindset and a strong commitment to governance and risk excellence, we would love to hear from you.We're keen to hear from youIf you've read through the requirements of this role and you feel like you haven't fully met the criteria, we would still encourage you to apply.
