This position works closely with the Executive Leadership Team and collaborates with senior academic and administrative staff in Vietnam and, as required, liaises with senior staff in Australia. With a commitment to cross-cultural communication, the Senior Manager ensures effective collaboration across diverse teams, fostering an inclusive environment that respects and adapts to various cultural perspectives.The role contributes to RMIT Vietnam's strategic planning and performance management by overseeing key strategic priorities and commitments that require PVC oversight, ensuring quality within agreed timeframes and managing risk appropriately.
