Crown Sydney is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Media & Corporate Affairs to join our team and lead initiatives that elevate our brand through proactive PR, internal communications, and strategic storytelling. As the Senior Manager, Media & Corporate Affairs, you will: Lead the execution of internal and external communications strategies to support Crown Sydney's brand, reputation, and key business objectives. Manage media relations, identifying PR opportunities, drafting press releases, overseeing media events, and protecting the brand through issues management. Partner with key stakeholders across Marketing, Social Media, F&B, and Hotels to capitalise on opportunities that strengthen Crown's market position. Develop post-campaign reporting to showcase ROI and support overall communications strategies. Oversee internal communications initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and a people-first approach across the organisation. Liaise with media on press opportunities, manage on-site photography, and prepare leaders for media engagements.

About you:

If you have experience in managing media announcements, overseeing proactive PR campaigns and building strong relationships with stakeholders, this could be the perfect role for you! Demonstrated experience in communications, PR, or media management. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, PR, or a related field. Experience with media pitching, managing media inquiries, and executing crisis communications. A natural relationship builder who can partner with internal stakeholders and develop lasting media relationships. Strong communicator across all forms – written and oral.
