We are hiring staff at all levels in our Transfer Pricing and International Tax teams, so if you are a top-performer with Big Four corporate tax experience, come join our team!A&M's Tax team is composed of seasoned tax professionals experienced in providing practical tax advice across all industries including technology, infrastructure, mining financial institutions, energy, oil & gas, and large industrials.
The team focuses on advising multinational clients on all aspects of international tax matters involving BEPS compliance, business model restructures, management of intangibles, mergers & acquisitions and cross-border deployments of capital.ResponsibilitiesResearch, write and manage various tax advisory assignments, including but not limited to, complex tax and structuring adviceAssist clients with the preparation and review of their income tax compliance obligationsAssist clients in engagements and interactions with, and reviews by, revenue authorities, including strategic advice on managing complex tax risksAssist with business development efforts such as preparing marketing materials and participating in meetings with clients and proposalsParticipate in and lead meetings and conference calls with client personnel and serve as an additional point of contact for client personnel with respect to day-to-day mattersAbility to manage multiple chargeable and non-chargeable projects of varying size and complexityQualifications and experience:Bachelor's or master's degree in law, accounting, economics and/or related majorBig Four experience requiredStrong transfer pricing / international tax advisory experienceStrong technical knowledge of Australian corporate income tax lawsThe successful candidates will be highly driven, self-starters, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
