About the role The Senior Manager Learning Content is responsible for leading the team accountable for the ongoing management of TAFE NSW learning content for use by internal and external stakeholders, including commercial partners. The role leads the design, development, and ongoing management of policies, procedures, and processes related to current and future TAFE NSW learning content platforms in addition to procurement and contract management of third-party content. The role also ensures strong external partnerships to support national initiatives in learning content partnering.
About You You have proven experience leading the design, development, and management of learning content platforms at scale. Your expertise includes developing and implementing innovative and collaborative approaches to managing learning content, driving improvements in teacher, learner, and partner experience. Additionally, you bring strong capabilities in managing learning content metadata frameworks and intellectual property requirements, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all aspects of content management.
Alongside your strong leadership capabilities, you will bring your knowledge of the VET sector to successfully lead the development and implementation of initiatives to improve learning content policies, procedures, and standards that underpin the success of TAFE NSW.
