Your team: You will be part of the L1 Risk and Compliance team which sits within the Colonial First State, Superannuation & Investments (S&I) business unit. The S&I business unit is responsible for delivering great superannuation, pension and investment products to customers and is led by the CEO – CFS Super who has fiduciary and compliance responsibilities to ensure all CFS businesses manage risks effectively in customers best interests.

Your responsibilities: Driving the coordination and preparation of a CFS-wide risk assessment to support the safe delivery of the new digital platform Supporting the execution of risk in change deliverables across CFS (Product, digital, tech, operations, distribution) Providing oversight and challenge on decisions and processes regarding delivered risks and enhancement/development of controls Facilitating Risk Working Groups and coordinating the completion of Risk & Compliance Assessments in a timely manner Effectively managing a wide range of stakeholders including the project resources, key business SMEs and the broader L1 & L2 risk community Responsible for supporting the business to design and implement controls to achieve better risk and compliance outcomes Manage root cause analysis of issues and incidents that have occurred in the Program, identifying and implementing control improvements to address these issues/incidents Delivering BAU work activities in line with teamwork plan as directed Adhere to the CFS Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behavior, actions and decisions we expect from our people Your capability and experience: Strong Experience in Risk Management, Compliance and Line 1 Risk within Superannuation and Investments industry Sound Knowledge of compliance, compliance frameworks and obligations management Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, the ability to build authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to think critically and analytically and use data driven insights to solve problems Tertiary qualification in Law, Finance, Commerce or related disciplines and/or experience in relevant industry.
