An exciting opportunity to collaborate in the largest function of the Internal Audit and Fraud Group, our Operations, Technology and Customer (OTC) function is critical to the delivery and execution of the broader Internal Audit function. A bit about your role The Senior Manager Internal Audit – Operations, Technology and Customer will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of technology assurance related services across nbn. This is an important role for us! and so, a core and critical component of this role is to not only to independently deliver large and complex operational and technology risk and assurance programs of work, but to also act as an independent risk adviser to our senior leaders. In the execution of one of Australia's largest and highest profile co-sourced Internal Audit engagements, this role will be accountable for driving a significant stream of work within our OTC Internal Audit function, including both leading and working as a specialist subject matter expert alongside a large team of internal and co-sourced risk, assurance and advisory professionals. Bringing a fine-tuned ability to critically think and resolve complex business issues, this role is central to ensuring the OTC Internal Audit function is a trusted assurance-based adviser to our senior leaders that ultimately drives sustainable business change and value for nbn. A bit about you As the successful candidate, you will boast extensive experience in leading cross functional and direct team resources to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have a deep internal audit technical knowledge and experience with complex large scale IT systems, as well as enterprise-wide business technology processes, controls and risks. Your comprehensive business acumen along with your ability to critically think, interpret and articulate technical issues, risks and issues at a deep level that directly influences and advises business discussions and decisions will also see you succeed in this role.
