We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Innovation Lab.
In this dynamic role, you will spearhead efforts to experiment with and adopt emerging technologies, drive AI initiatives across the Bank, and ensure that all innovations align with ethical standards.
This position is vital in leading the Bank on a journey to uplift the maturity of our innovation and AI practices.
About the role Enable the Bank to experiment with and adopt emerging technologies safely. Drive AI experimentation and adoption across the Bank. Ensure safe and ethical AI guardrails are in place and aligned with wider national and international frameworks. Lead a team of 2 direct reports initially, with a view to review and revamp the structure if needed. Lead the whole of the Bank on the journey of uplifting the maturity of our innovation and AI practices. About you A deep understanding of data and AI-related technology and governance landscape. An understanding of central banking and its unique opportunities and constraints is highly beneficial. Demonstrates the ability to lead cross-functional and cross-departmental teams and communities in a collaborative but outcome-focused way.
