As a Senior Manager, Industry Specialist, you will play a critical role in formulating, communicating, and executing the Business Bank's Strategy to achieve Westpac Group's ambitious goals.
You will translate Westpac Group's aspirations into Business Bank's objectives & strategies, shaping strategic objectives & setting direction in alignment with the Group. You will collaborate closely with the broader Strategy & Experience Team (Customer Advocacy, Banker Transformation) to execute these strategies and enable collaboration with SGMs, NGMs, and frontline Bankers. Key Accountabilities: Identify opportunities for new or improved propositions through deep understanding of customer needs and feedback.Cross-functional stakeholder management to co-develop compelling propositions across the customer journey.Scope, design, and test new customer experiences using insights and testing to improve satisfaction.Manage profitability and work closely with stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry innovations for digital transformation within the life insurance sector.What's in it for me?
