Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, this pivotal role places you at the heart of our Senior Leadership Team.
You'll work closely with the General Manager and business leaders to drive exceptional performance and champion HR excellence.

Responsibilities Implementing and driving HR initiatives that align with functional and business objectives, while delivering measurable outcomes.
Ensuring compliance in relation to HR policies and practices including industrial and employee relations.
Partnering with centralised specialists in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to ensure recruitment and leadership coaching align with organisational standards and broader people strategies.
Building an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement strategies.
Leading and developing a team of HR professionals, empowering them to deliver impactful, value driven HR services.
What will you bring?
We're seeking an accomplished and outcome-focused HR leader with a passion for business partnering and driving meaningful change.
You'll bring: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Extensive experience in HR leadership roles within service-oriented industries, with a strong emphasis on customer centric solutions.
A proven track record in people leadership, industrial relations, and delivering impactful HR strategies and projects that align with business objectives.
Demonstrated experience leading HR in unionised environments Exceptional interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence, engage, and partner effectively across all levels of an organisation.
A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with broader business goals, delivering measurable outcomes.
