Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, this pivotal role places you at the heart of our Senior Leadership Team.
Your role will be to provide Senior HR support to our airports and accommodation portfolios across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll work closely with the General Managers and business leaders to drive exceptional performance and champion HR excellence.
As the leader of the HR function for our multiple sites, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused HR services, ensuring alignment with Delaware North's culture, values, and global best practices.

Leading and developing a team of HR professionals across multiple sites empowering them to deliver impactful, value driven HR services.
Implementing and driving HR initiatives that align with functional and business objectives, while delivering measurable outcomes.
Ensuring compliance in relation to HR policies and practices including industrial and employee relations.
Partnering with centralised specialists in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to ensure recruitment and leadership coaching align with organisational standards and broader people strategies.
Building an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement strategies.
More about you We're seeking an accomplished and outcome-focused HR leader with a passion for business partnering and driving meaningful change.
You'll bring: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Extensive experience in HR leadership roles within service-oriented industries, with a strong emphasis on customer centric solutions.
A proven track record in people leadership, industrial relations, and delivering impactful HR strategies and projects that align with business objectives.
Demonstrated experience leading HR in unionised environments.
Proven experience and confidence in navigating multiple modern Awards.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence, engage, and partner effectively across all levels of an organisation.
A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with broader business goals, delivering measurable outcomes.
