Senior Manager
As a Senior Manager, you will independently lead and manage diverse and complex rewards projects with the support of senior team members. Professional excellence is important to you; you'll contribute to our continuous improvement and learning culture through knowledge sharing and coaching.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices across Australia.
What the day will look like
You will be coached by industry thought leaders and technical subject matter experts. You will be supported by a team of client-focused and commercially savvy analysts and consultants. Together you will collaborate to design, enhance and maintain best fit reward strategy and programs for clients. Key responsibilities will include:
Deliver client projects across reward strategy, executive remuneration, employee reward, and incentive design Assist the practice leaders in developing best-in-class content and market insight Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate solutions that address client needs Provide technical and strategic advice to functional heads, C-suite, and Board stakeholders on complex people issues across industries. Skills and experience that will lead to success
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in a similar hands-on consulting role, with expertise in employee rewards design and implementation.
We will also be looking for:
Proficiency in position matching, job evaluation, executive and non-executive remuneration benchmarking, reward strategy, job architecture, pay frameworks, STI, LTI, and sales incentive design Ability to develop conclusions and fact-based advice from data and analytics Ability to think conceptually and diagnose ambiguous problems using quantitative and qualitative methods Ability to distil complex issues and ideas into clear, succinct thoughts and advice Ability to provide advice that is technically sound and strategically aligned to the client's organisation and people strategy Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences including Remuneration SMEs, C-suite, and Board Agility to pivot across different industries Ability to coach and develop teams Curiosity and ability to broaden capability across Aon's Human Capital Solutions offerings.
