You will have significant leadership responsibilities for the effective running of the business and provide oversight and direction to the growing team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Leading the development of high-quality client project proposals from investigation through pursuit and into successful delivery. Leading the delivery of client projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and instructing the team on relevant methodologies and solutions. Initiating and maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders and contributing to thought leadership Providing a significant contribution to business operations, and people development to support the continued growth of the business.
