Career Opportunities: Senior Manager (Health) - Products and Services (1019215)Requisition ID 1019215 - Posted - Group Transformation - NSW - Fixed-term Full-time - Culture and People Senior Manager (Health) - Products & Services Engage with our health and nutrition program that will have impact across Australia & New Zealand as we look at programs across all our businesses.An opportunity to see the retailer and customer perspective; support with making our own brand healthier, to meet customer need.A 13-month contract to support the Nutrition team, based at Norwest and Surry Hills offices.What you'll do Join our Health & Nutrition team at Woolworths Group, to drive nutrition integrity and innovation across our range of products and services, bringing our strategies to life.
Draw on your technical and commercial nutrition expertise and leadership skills, utilising your passion and knowledge of FMCG practices.
Reporting to the General Manager Healthy Living, you will work with multiple teams to make credible evidence-based decisions to support the development of our healthier range and offers.
Proactively counsel Woolworths teams in the development and activation of own brands, packaging, and health-related services (B2B and B2C), ensuring compliance with nutrition legislation and our commitments.Lead the activation of and reporting on government and industry initiatives such as the Healthy Food Partnership (including reformulation to reduce salt, sugar, saturated fat) and adoption of Health Star Ratings.Support engagement with vendors as it relates to their healthier innovation ambitions and projects.Collaborate with the teams covering health & nutrition, data, insights, policy, and strategy to consider health and nutrition trends, legislation, external environment, research, and opportunities.Engage with and craft submissions to Government, and support external reporting and verification.Make an effective and positive contribution to the health and nutrition of our customers, and broader business teams.What you'll bring 5+ years food industry experience.Strong commercial/business acumen (FMCG) with a pragmatic approach to actions.Relationship builder, from junior through to senior stakeholders across the Group and other brands.Strong communicator, able to influence and negotiate to ensure big-picture thinking.What you'll experience
