About the role The Senior Manager, Future Student Operations will play a pivotal role in driving student conversion outcomes by leading the production and delivery of course content, outbound communications, campaigns, and publications.
Overseeing teams focused on student conversion communications, as well as technical data and marketing automation specialists, the Senior Manager will integrate key recruitment and outreach activities with a comprehensive suite of conversion initiatives.
This includes managing and segmenting future student databases, leveraging appropriate systems and technologies for timely communication delivery, and reporting on outcomes.
The position also involves overseeing the procurement and production of accurate, compliant course information to support conversion campaigns and essential student-facing assets, such as Course Finder, printed brochures, and UAC course listings.
With a strong focus on capability building, this role will establish a shared understanding of the importance of effective conversion strategies throughout the future student journey, ultimately impacting enrolment targets.
