Senior Manager - Financial Reporting

Job Description Reporting to the CFO, they are looking for a Senior Manager across Group Accounting & Reporting whom will play a pivotal role in leading the monthly global consolidation process, playing a key role in group reporting and audit processes, providing technical IFRS accounting, and collaborating with the FP&A function. This person will also be responsible for setting group policies and procedures, supporting investor relations, and participating in acquisition due diligence as needed. This position is ideal for an experienced finance manager with a strong background in consolidation, acquisition, financial, and technical accounting within a technology or high-growth environment.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will possess CA/CPA qualifications and have at least 8-10 years of finance experience across a group or divisional reporting structure. Ideally you will have experience in a listed reporting environment or within listed group audits too. Given the global nature of the company, your expertise in managing multi-currency group consolidation and reporting processes will be essential, and experience across consolidation tools. You will be a strong team player with a can do attitude who is an excellent problem solver, with high energy and enjoys working within a team and leading people.
