This position leads critical initiatives such as revenue optimisation strategy, analytics and sector implementation.
It requires a forward-thinking leader who can deliver high-priority programs with significant budgets while adapting to a dynamic and evolving landscape.
The role involves developing strategic approaches, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, considering Commonwealth payment and cross-jurisdictional opportunities.
Leading a high-performing team, the Senior Manager supports the Director with timely and evidence-based strategic advice, analytics, implementation activities (including significant tendering and contract management) along with significant government engagement.
This role demands exceptional leadership, adaptability, and the ability to drive initiatives that deliver meaningful and lasting financial improvements across Victoria's health services.
