Expertise in conducting financial audits, including assessing internal controls, evaluating financial statements, and issuing audit opinions.Team leadership:

Lead and manage a team of audit professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.People management:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.Strategic thinking:

Contribute to operational planning and decision-making processes, aligning team objectives with the overall goals of the organisation.Technical expertise:

Knowledge of relevant accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.Communication skills:
