You're going to help us create seamless operations that result in efficiency for millions of customers. In this role, you'll: Work as a Senior Manager - Field Technology with our Group Technology Division, Field Technology Business Unit.Oversee a large Field Technology team (approx.
50 people), managing resource allocation and planning of field technology projects, such as inspections, installations, maintenance, and upgrades to our field technology network.Act as an escalation point for any issues that occur and be involved in network design and PCG meetings.Support current projects including Sydney Metro and the Western Distributor, providing regular support to the TMC centre.This position is a temporary opportunity up to 12 months.
Your home base will be Yennora with hybrid work arrangements, expecting three days a week in the office or at the TMC centre.
About you Your skills and experience as a strategic leader within the field of Operational Technology will see you excel in delivering these projects.
You will have previous experience in team leadership, project resourcing, risk management, and the management and monitoring of technology performance.
You are a pragmatic, solution-focused thinker with expert ability in vendor and stakeholder management, ensuring that quality projects are delivered within budget and scope.
