You'll work closely with senior leadership, P&C teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact results, from preparing key reports to driving process innovation. If you are passionate about reward strategy and thrive in dynamic, hands-on roles, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark while advancing your career.What you will bringWe are looking for a candidate with the following attributes and skills:Proven experience in executive remuneration, equity programs, and delivering complex remuneration reports.Advanced Excel and spreadsheet expertise, with the ability to analyse data and deliver insights effectively.Adaptability and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.A detail-oriented, hands-on approach, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.Together with the GM for Performance and Reward, you will be responsible for:Executive Remuneration ManagementOversee and manage the end-to-end executive remuneration processes, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and organizational strategies.Prepare quarterly reports and analysis for the Board, including recommendations on pay structures, bonus allocations, and executive rewards.Equity Program AdministrationAdminister equity programs for the IFL Group, ensuring effective execution of cyclical activities such as share plan distributions, deferred cash awards, and sell-to-cover processes.Conduct an annual review of equity program performance, achieving a 100% compliance rate with regulatory standards.Leadership in Remuneration ReportingLead the preparation and submission of the IFL and Trustee Remuneration Reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.Coordinate with Finance and P&C teams to prepare remuneration information for the Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Annual Member Meetings (AMM), delivering on time and without errors.Process Improvement and Risk MitigationDrive initiatives to streamline and automate executive remuneration and equity program processes, reducing administrative workload by 15% within the first year.Conduct bi-annual audits of remuneration and equity processes, addressing any findings within one month.Key Deliverables include:Executive Remuneration ProcessesDelivery of accurate and timely executive remuneration decisions and reports to senior leadership.Establishment of a competitive benchmarking process to align executive pay with market trends.Equity Program AdministrationSeamless management of all equity program activities, ensuring compliance and accurate execution of tax reporting, dividends, and share plan transactions.Delivery of an annual equity program performance review to stakeholders.Remuneration Reporting ProcessesCompletion of the IFL Group and Trustee Remuneration Reports in compliance with statutory obligations.Timely preparation of P&C data for AGMs and AMMs, meeting all stakeholder expectations.Strategic ContributionsDevelopment of innovative recommendations to enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of IFL's equity and executive reward strategies.Regular presentations to leadership on trends and improvements in remuneration and equity processes.Compliance and Stakeholder ManagementEnsure 100% compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies for executive and equity reward processes.Build strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate collaboration and alignment on reward initiatives.Get great things done with usWhat gets us excited about working here?
