About the role As the Senior Manager for ePublishing & Syndication, you'll play a pivotal role in maximising the reach and revenue of Are Media's original content across global digital platforms. Your mission will be to craft and implement forward-thinking commercial strategies to unlock new revenue streams in digital magazine publishing and content syndication, while nurturing and growing existing partnerships for sustained success.
You'll oversee cost management across a network of service providers to ensure efficiency and quality in our content delivery. Additionally, you'll lead the B2B trade marketing and sales approach for contentshop.com.au, guiding your team to expand our content's impact across diverse markets.
This is a 12 month contract role, that is perfect for a seasoned strategist with a passion for innovative publishing solutions and digital content growth.
Duties Ensure the department commercial strategy is continually optimised to keep up with market dynamics and Are Media key objectives.Articulate the strategy and opportunity to Direct Reports to ensure efficient implementation in line with agreed milestones.Understand all areas of the business and use this knowledge to uncover new commercial opportunities which leverage Are Media content.Manage and mentor direct reports to ensure they have a clear view of their professional development and feel empowered to present their own ideas around strategy and execution.Provide knowledge and support through interaction with internal stakeholders to foster support from the wider business to help achieve our business goals.Analyse market trends to ensure our strategy can evolve in line with market demand.Skills and experience Minimum 5-years' experience in the media industryExcellent commercial acumen and analytical skillsExperience in managing P&Ls and budgetsConfident communicator who can develop lasting relationships with external and internal stakeholdersConfident and articulate presenterAbility to manage, mentor and motivate a teamAre Media is committed to a diverse, respectful, collaborative & inclusive workplace.
