Westpac is seeking a Senior Manager - Delivery Enablement to support our Digital and Consumer Finance (DCF) businesses. In this role, you'll ensure transformation outcomes are met across BSR and Unite investments, driving portfolio oversight, strategic forums, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and orchestrate Digital & CF IRC/QBR submissions.Support the Annual Portfolio Discovery process from execution to completion.Own Portfolio Proof Points in Clarity and WASP for Digital, CF, and Unite.Facilitate insights to prioritise and sequence investments for maximum delivery efficiency.Ensure programs operate within the Group's approved governance and execution frameworks.Prepare proof point commentary and GM back pocket notes for CIRC, Unite CIRC, and relevant forums.Provide regular reporting on End-of-Month metrics and dashboard updates.Manage workforce planning to ensure resourcing aligns with strategic priorities.Track and monitor delivery status against key milestones across DCF.Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across LoB, Technology, Finance, and other teams.Core Capabilities:Expertise in navigating Agile practices within large organisations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at GM/GM1 level.Experience in PMO, consulting, financial analysis, and portfolio governance.Strong commercial understanding, with a focus on delivering measurable program outcomes.Skills & Experience:Proven experience in delivery enablement within multi-disciplinary environments.Familiarity with portfolio management and governance frameworks.Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholder relationships.Financial services or large corporate experience is highly desirable.
